I had a surprisingly good experience here. The associate (her name was something like Elle?) was able to help me with a business account quickly and efficiently. She was also able to help me with another problem on my personal cell plan. Thanks!

This is always the best store. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Products on hand. I’ve been to a few other Verizon stores and they don’t compare to this one

Trevor has been an absolute saint assisting with our Verizon business account. Trevor was attentive, available, and none judgemental while we navigated some changes to our account!
