10am on a Monday and no one can answer the phone. I have a question about this specific branch so not something I can call general customer service for and the automated phone service is not helping. Seriously answering the phone is bare minimum customer service how ridiculous.

I love the employees here but seriously, it’s the most awkward set up to see a banker! Can you please work on a number system oe something? I never know what to do with myself when I walk into the nearly always busy lobby.

Extremely difficult to park, poor customer service, I’ve never waited longer to be assisted with so many working employees. Alexa forgot her notary stamp and was unable to help so I waited longer. Anna Lisa wasn’t willing to help at all, advising another employee not to notarize a court document. 3 customers left visibly angry and upset in the time I was there. Ruben finally helped me even as inconvenienced as he seemed. I hate going to this branch.

This branch has an excellent team of knowledgeable and kind folks. Ruben and his coworkers practice excellent listening and communicating skills. Regardless of why I come in, I always receive wonderful service.

This is exactly why they have 1 star, they are rude and do not let you speak . The branch manager is the one I had an issue with , wanted to argue with me kept telling me I can do one thing and when when I asked for further help they refused when they said they would be able to help ... they tried to kick me out when I asked him to do his job and help instead of being a rude jerk. They take your money and set you up for failure . All and all their customer service is horrible . - Joelean

I come to this location multiple time a week. Literally, everyone who works here is awesome. Always helpful and quick. The space is nice as well. I go out of my way to use this branch instead of others because of the customer service. The only negative is the parking lot has an interior coating on it so gets super slippery during snow storms, not their fault- landlords mistake.

I have been a customer with USBank for many years but am just now learning things I do not like. I have been trying to wire a simple $100 for several days now. I am unable to do it through my online account and when I called Customer Service I was told I could only do it in an actual brick & mortar branch. So I left work early today to get there an hour before they closed to get my wire completed (4pm). I was told that they only accept wires until 2:30 because a "board" has to approve all wires and they finish at 2:30. WHAT? So then I said, well, why don't we process everything on my end now and then tomorrow they can approve it, that way I don't have to make a second trip back. Nope, not an option, I need to come back. Really? Oh and I should mention that there was not one single other person in the bank at the time I was there. I guess they really stop working at 4pm.

The most inconvenient location, no parking, no drive thru, they only can handle up to 2 customers inside, then they cart you off to a room to make you feel special so you can wait. It caters to the high rise apts. & they walk because there all young, what about people east of Harland down to Federal 44th Harlan use to serve those lower income people like me.
