10am on a Monday and no one can answer the phone. I have a question about this specific branch so not something I can call general customer service for and the automated phone service is not helping. Seriously answering the phone is bare minimum customer service how ridiculous.

I love the employees here but seriously, it’s the most awkward set up to see a banker! Can you please work on a number system oe something? I never know what to do with myself when I walk into the nearly always busy lobby.

This branch has an excellent team of knowledgeable and kind folks. Ruben and his coworkers practice excellent listening and communicating skills. Regardless of why I come in, I always receive wonderful service.
