“I needed to cash my paycheck and went to the Alameda location. I had read a lot of bad reviews but went anyways because it was close to home. The woman I spoke to was wonderful and efficient. The customer service was great, the employee I spoke to was professional, and the location clean and easy to get to. After rereading the reviews again it looks like they all were from people who wouldn't follow simple procedures like waiting to sign the check in front of the cashier or from a time when there was different management. Also their fees are the most reasonable I've encountered here, if you need any of the services they provide save yourself the frustration and cost of going elsewhere and make DolEx your first choice.”
“This a great place to send money or get money orders. The thing about going here is they cash almost all checks and at a cheap fee. I've been coming going there since 2000. Giving 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ with two thumbs up ????.”
