“This is a weird area, especially, when riding the 16 bus, probably because its surrounded by so many motels. So, yes, I've had some very different experiences in this neighborhood, but nothing very dangerous. The lay out is completely 180 to the other Safeway I shop at, which is confusing for me. At night the restrooms are locked, since they're on Colfax. The free WIFI doesn't work in like 3/4 of the store, which I found out walking around (In Circles) trying to access their app. They do have a great produce selection, and their cold beer selection is much better than Walmart and Target! (Way Better). The night staff is very friendly too, and I especially, like they're open until 11:00 p.m.”

“This is a much smaller "Fresh Fare" version of a regular King Soopers, but it had all the things that im accustomed to. Service was fast and friendly and check out was a breeze. Only downside was that the parking lot was also very small and parking spaces can be a little tricky to come by, overall a good experience.”

“I, too, am really surprised by the negative reviews. Sure...our cashier wasn't overly friendly, but she did her job. I loved the layout of the store, it appeared clean, there was a great variety of food. I seriously prefer it over the King Soopers we've been going to. I thought the prices were decent, honestly. My husband and I know that we won't find any grocery stores that offer the prices we had at the Woodmans' Markets we shopped in Wisconsin. We will definitely frequent this store.”

“Been going here for years. Very good store, good selection and always good service. One thing I have been puzzled about it. Upon entering, the hand held grocery baskets are placed on the right which makes you dodge outgoing traffic to get one. I would think its a no brainier to place them on the left as you walk in. I grow frustrated with this backward set up each time I go there. Please address.”

“I give this store 4 stars because they are the gold standard every grocer should follow. From their meat selection to their produce King Soopers is the gold standard. This review is for the King Soopers on Wadsworth and 80th in Westminster CO.Most of my complaints on Yelp are due to young people and this one is no different. Young people refuse to do more than their asked and if given any liberty they take advantage, The guy I'm about to describe probably works his butt off so I hope he chalks this up to experience.I had surgery on a foot an need to get around with the help of electric carts the store offers. I sat down on one and the seat was covered in water so I was now sporting a wet keister. I found the cart retrieval staff and told him. He responded it was someone else's job to clean them. I told him that he navigated the cart all the way in and parked it as ready to use and now I was wet. He said "yep" and walked away. After shopping I returned my cart only to notice the cast seat was still covered in water. I got the manager and he wiped it offering "They shouldn't be outside any way"..seriously parents, there's got to be a better way. Teach your children to not hesitate going the extra mile..These are the people who will be taking care of us when we are old and feeble..”
