I came in last night at the last minute waiting for my daughter's nail appointment and the girl working was amazing! She helped me find a simple upgrade phone and helped me Remove a virus on my phone. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Very good experience, I was pleased that she was fast and so knowledgeable.

Why is customer service based out of another country? Sounds like big tech wants to pocket more of the profits while exploiting the less fortunate.
