I initially dealt with the Englewood store and was sent the wrong mattress, plush Instead of medium firm. I dropped by the Colorado Boulevard store and TANSEY MADSEN, A district manager, Fixed the problem in five minutes and refunded me the $54 delivery charge. Thank you, TANSEY 😎
