“I went to 2 different Boost mobile stores a couple different times each and they either didn’t have the phone they where advertising in the window or were closed in the middle of the day(crazy, no sign of “out to lunch” or “be back soon”), they were just closed. But I went to this location and David got my gf and I set up in new plans in the phones we wanted within 30 minutes and was answering questions before we could ask them.The other locations seemed annoyed we were disturbing their private time. But David was super helpful and seemed excited to do so. This is by far the best location. Btw…are you working tomorrow David, we need another charger and possibly a new screen protector….”

“For me, my experience was stellar!Mya was amazing, she helped me with everything I needed. I bought a new phone and got the service with you and saved money from my last provider. We were having issues trying to get it set up. She worked thru it and kept a calm professional demeanor the whole time and very likeable. She made a connection, she promised she would get it handled 'TODAY' and she delivered. Definitely more employees like her. She went above and beyond and made it happen.”
“I went to a different store and then came to this store and was treated with so much empathy and respect. Tyler and the entire staff were kind and helpful as we tried to un-do what the previous store had messed up on my account. He gave me clear instructions on what to ask for at the old store, and got me a great deal for adding a line. He repeated everything back to me multiple times so that I didn't have another mistake and explained all of my options to me. I loved the way the employees helped and spoke to one another, you can tell they have quality people and enjoy each other and what they do. HIGHLY recommend this store and Tyler, trust me I wasted half a day un-doing everything the other store messed up. I wish I had to come to this location and worked with Tyler from the beginning.”
