They did not pressure into buying additional insurance when I had my own and bought through Expedia. (unlike Thrifty who was rude and harassed me about it). We will choose Alamo from now on. The difference in customer service was night and day.”

“A hailstorm had slammed the area causing a shortage of vehicles. The staff did a wonderful job of handling the situation. They were really doing everything possible to take care of the customers. They upgraded me from a compact to the pictured SUV. The family before me was trying to get to a funeral was also upgraded and hurried through the process to get them going. A lot of customers were being rude and demanding and the staff kept their cool and was getting the cars out very fast!

“Awesome experience from start to finish! I wanted a guaranteed 4 wheel drive SUV to drive into the mountains. I found Mile High. A person contacted me right away and confirmed the vehicle. Days before the trip I received text message confirmations. The vehicle was at the airport, no shuttle to the rental lots. It was so convenient. The SUV was clean and seat warmers were on (great touch!). We parked back at the airport and texted the details of where we parked. I will absolutely use them again! I loved the experience. It was so unique and personable.”
“Great experience on a last minute trip to Denver. We walked in with no reservation and drove away in less than 10 minutes. The lovely lady at the desk was amazing - she gave us options, suggestions and a discount package. “Had everything set up and ready to go. When I arrived, they were quite busy, and it was clear they were really hustling to get people taken care of (always appreciated). The initial walk-through was very thorough — even if you’re in a hurry, you should always take advantage of this, so it was nice to have Enterprise take it seriously. “The center was clean. We rented from Hertz it was quick with issues getting the vehicle we reserved. It was a little different because it says that the rental car center is at the airport but it is not. You have to be shuttle to it.”
