Erik made me feel relaxed and comfortable and after a short period of time, the nerves were gone. Erik was extremely knowledgeable and fun to talk to, making the experience that much better. I paid the extra to get a longer drive and I'm glad I did. It was worth every penny. Can't wait to do it again and drive the Ferrari next time and hopefully do the mountain drive.”

“I've been here twice so far. So far, from what I've experienced personally, they're doing a very good job. They may seem curt but they are not rude. They have to handle a lot of folks, a lot of calls, and a lot of calls. They handle their business as best they can. One testament to their professionalism is their handling of my own meltdown of sorts. This business is frustrating... and today was one of those days I let it get to me... But the folks here handled things professionally and were able to help me through the situation I had with the vehicle.In regards to the phone situation, so far they've been better than some other Hertz places I've had to deal with that cater to the 'ride share' workers.Even in a 'vacuum'... not comparing to other locations like this... I feel they do a pretty dang good job with what they have to work with.”

“NOTE: As of August 2023, RENTALS have moved just across the street! Hertz SALES is still at the 4940 S Broadway location, but the Hertz RENTALS is now at 4955 S Broadway.I've rented from this location a couple of times when my car(s) have been getting repairs/upgrades - I've intentionally gotten an EV every time; it's the main reason I choose Hertz over any other company. Don't plan on being able to pick up or drop of your rental car quickly (~30 min has been my experience); every time I've been there the staff is friendly and is working really hard and diligently, but they are short staffed so there's usually a bit of a wait. Before you leave with an EV, make sure to check that you actually have any charging cables or adapters that you're supposed to!”
