“Price was higher for the same service than originally told by a different person. One of the service techs used foul and inappropriate language in front of customers. (I can see an expletive or two if someone hurts themselves in the service bays, but this appeared to be this person’s usual style of talking.)”

“Busted our battery in new Mexico, drove to this store, discovered the battery was boiling over we went inside to purchase a new battery the guys inside were so kind and recommended a cafe for us to wait at till our battery stopped boiling they supplied us tools to fix out battery in their parking lot, amazing customer service 10/10 would break down there again”
