Price was higher for the same service than originally told by a different person. One of the service techs used foul and inappropriate language in front of customers. (I can see an expletive or two if someone hurts themselves in the service bays, but this appeared to be this person’s usual style of talking.)

Good value for the money. The service department is professional and knowledgeable. Sure, everybody always thinks rates are high wherever you go..... but you get what you pay for and they always seem to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely quicker then it would take me. Good value for the money.
