“I just started doing business with this pawnshop, i like it here. They work with you and play fair. Only thing is that they close at 6pm and most pawnshops close at 7pm but they open on Sundays and most are closed on Sundays...... “I had an excellent experience working with Victory at the Sheridan & 44th store buying my new iphone 15 pro max! He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable not just on apple products but helped me with other Verizon services. He said he would follow up by phone to confirm all was working well and he did! I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had buying a cell phone and I have had dozens of phones. It is nice to see good customer service these days and someone that takes pride in their job! I always forget to leave reviews but made a point to not forget this one! Can I leave 10 stars?!”
“Tom is one of the most generous and knowledgable people I have met! My first encounter with him was after I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water, to which he immediately helped do a diagnostic test. After realizing the damage was irreversible, he provided me with options for what to do next and didn't charge me one cent (despite spending hours on my case). My second encounter was over the phone, when I asked him questions about my laptop to which he provided very honest and helpful information, which saved me a visit. Suffice to say, Tom is THE person to go to!”

“I had gone to 2 jewelry stores in the mall to have a silver bracelet fitted with a new lobster clasp as the old one broke loose. Both places quoted $139, and would have to send it off-site with a 2 week wait. I was leaving and spotted a kiosk labeled "Watch & Jewelry Repair". Great service. 10 minutes. $40! He sauntered the clasp on so the jump ring wouldn't come loose again, and even deep cleaned and polished the bracelet for free. He just earned a new lifetime customer.”
“I been with Cricket for years I never had any problems with them they aren't a rip off if you go Metro PCS or Boost when you know your phone Bill is due both of these companies will shut your cell phone off and Cricket has a Bridge Pay.”

“My entire experience was 5 stars! I did a lot of research prior to deciding on going to Verizon and I am happy I did. I first spoke with Adam (the account manager). When it was time for me to go in he was still with a customer (because phone sales are an experience) so I got to work with Nick. Nick was amazing from start to finish. Very patient and knowledgeable and I ask a lot of questions. We both learned some new hiccups when transferring service surrounding number protection. The whole time I felt welcomed. I will definitely be back to this store!”

I had an issue with buying a new phone (surprisingly a medical issue), so I had to temporarily go back to my old phone, but couldn't get it to work.Other Cricket store staff couldn't or wouldn't fix the issue, I was tired of trying and had no service on my phone for a few days.We were at the Aurora Mall for a different reason, and decided to stop in. Alondra not only helped me, but took the time to call Cricket customer service to troubleshoot the problem, and fixed it so I could use my phone again.She is amazing, very professional, kind, and helpful!! 5 stars because of her wonderful customer service.I will definitely go back for accessories, have my family buy their new phones there, and to refer others there.Thank you Alondra. ?????”

“I came in late 10-15 minutes before the closing as I was driving around town from one location to another looking for a basic flip phone for my disabled grandparent, it was an emergency. The other location didn’t have it, so I had to drive here. The person on duty told me it was too late to service me as it will take too long. J even begged her, but she said no. Because of that I had to drive 20 minutes to Aurora mall to be serviced. And it took exactly 10 minutes for the person at Aurora mall to help me, so technically even though it was late in customer’s mind there was enough time to be helped at this location. I think it was unfair plus they lost the sale… In the past I didn’t have any issues with this location.”
