It's what you'd expect. Location is undeniably convenient and near garden of the gods. They rent long term and not short term. The renovated units are nice and a good value compared to other rentals around there.

This is not a motel they have turned it into rentals. I have relatives who live there.

Stayed in #3 - the Airbnb room, one of them anyway. I was surprised at how neat, clean and updated this room was! I really don't have any complaints ? And for me that's unusual! LoL. Jk ?In all seriousness though, if you're looking for a clean, decent priced stay you might consider booking here through Airbnb.
