“We have been using Drury Inns for a few years. They are pet friendly, which is necessary for us. I don't want to stay at any other hotel! The facilities are consistently very clean, the personnel are exceptionally friendly. They have a "Kickback" in the evening, consisting of an entree, salad, soup, hot dogs, etc. and the breakfast buffet is great! In a world where good service is almost completely gone, Drury Inn & Suites is a shining example of what should be.”

“I'm most likely going to smell his name wrong but jefe was so amazing last night and helped us so much. He was super accommodating and he went above and beyond. Best experiences if had at a hotel. We booked through a 3rd party app which I hate doing and won't be doing again. Despite the compilation with the booking he manage to get us a room and we will definitely be coming back. “I found this gem unexpectedly while in a pickle. I had a previous booking ELSEWHERE that didn’t go right and I needed somewhere else to stay within THAT minute. To my surprise, Buffalo lodge was just around the corner and first thing I noticed was all the 5/5 reviews! I booked online and although it was very last minute they were able to accommodate my family and I right away! When I went into the lobby to check in, I was treated with EXCEPTIONAL customer service! She was so kind and welcoming and so very helpful with all and any needs. Once we walked into our room we were shocked at how new, modern, and clean the rooms were and very spacious! Everything we needed was there and it was so cozy and cute! In the morning we went into the lobby and enjoyed a complimentary breakfast and coffee while we sat by the fireplace and played a board game which they also provide! They also have bikes you can borrow and ride around! In the lobby aside the complimentary breakfast and drinks, you can purchase snacks, adult drinks, and other specialty coffee drinks. Also great location to all the popular attractions CO Springs has to offer! I can seriously keep going about how amazing our stay was. We fell in love with everything about it. We seriously didn’t want to leave! And We cannot wait to come back!”

Adam met us when we arrived from our long journey from Texas and greeted us with a smile and such an engaging personality, we felt at home immediately. “The people here are just wonderful! Every person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. When my Instacart order was delivered to the adjacent hotel the front desk person immediately figured it out and even went to go get it for me in the snow.The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the food for breakfast and social hour was delicious. The gym had nice equipment and the hotel is beside some open space near Monument Creek, which runs through town. There were thoughtful touches everywhere, like live plant cuttings on the dining tables and a collection of books and games to play. The room furniture was a bit worn and some places needed fresh paint, but overall it felt clean and safe. I also liked that they had middle of the road CNN on the public TV. We'll definitely stay here again.”

“I actually really enjoyed me stay. More affordable than residence inn but in some ways it was more chill, too. I have a bunch of kids, some on the spectrum, and the shelving as well as the deep high drawers help me A LOT. There was police presence there everyday we were there but there wasn't any drama.”

“Awesome hotel stay. We checked out of another hotel because of a bad experience and had to find a new hotel last minute on a Sunday night. Holiday Inn Express took us in and the lady at the front desk was amazing. They even had some frozen dinners in the lobby we could buy so we didn't have to go out and find food that night. Staff was amazing, breakfast was awesome and the rooms are clean and smell great. The pool and hot tub work and we even got to do our laundry for free. Great hotel 5 stars from us!!”

“I stayed in this hotel for over 4 months. Let me start by saying that the managers and the staff are all top notch, super friendly. There’s good synergy here, the managers often help the kitchen staff. To answer one of the negative comments, if the water feels slimey, its because all Courtyards use filtered water with carbon AND water softener beads, this is why the water feels the way it does. It takes some getting used to for those who have never used quality water filters. Anyway, the hotel is very modern, Ive stayed at other Courtyards that were much much older than this one. The mountain view is amazing. Thank you staff and managers for supporting the military, we appreciate you!”

“It's about a 10 min ride from the airport. Super convenient! The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was great! Exceptionally clean. Has everything you'd need. Sitting area (for about 5 people), a kitchenette with everything you'd need. Pots, pans, dishes. Microwave, stove top (2 burners).They have free breakfast (not continental) every morning. Omelets, breakfast meats, potatoes, coffee and juices.”

“Easy accessibility right off the interstate, friendly staff, and good continental breakfast. However, lots of noise from the outdoors permeates living quarters (mostly interstate). And regardless of how we set the thermostat, HVAC would run heat, shut off, and then blow A/C for a few minutes and repeat that cycle indefinitely. An overall good experience but not for the price point.”

“I came for tea and it was a phenomenal experience. Everything was absolutely perfect. All of the little deserts with the tea were so tasty. There were a lot of tea varieties to choose from too. Lot’s of picturesque areas for photography in and around the castle. I plan to come back when I’m in the area again.”
