The evening staff here were above average in terms of their customer service their kindness and their willingness to help! “Stopped in to get a few gifts for my wife for Christmas. Her usual perfume was out of stock and I was looking for similar options. The staff was very personable and provided about 5 possibilities and knew what each had as far as scents, hints of flowers, spices, and fruits. I found one that was perfect and they applied various coupons and discounts which I very much appreciated. I also picked up two necklaces while I was there. Great quality, price, and experience.”

“I love shopping this store! The managers and staff do such a good job. Recently, my sis and I shopped for items for my granddaughter's bathroom makeover. We had two very full carts while we were leaving and something kept beeping. They eventually let us go. Well, when we went to do the makeover, the shower curtain still had the security tag. When I went back today to take care of the issue, the Manager, Chris, took care of me quickly and had such a great friendly, helpful attitude. It will always be my favorite store. Thanks so much!”

“Just saw one of your employees escort a disabled, blind person across the shopping center to King Soopers. It seemed the person had gotten lost in the shopping center and ended up at Five Below. Your employee was kind enough to take the time to walk them all the way around the shopping center and into King Soopers and help them get oriented.

“This Ross is Massive! I am here for a work trip and was able to find a few items to purchase but primarily came in for a new belt. The inventory here was great., a variety of sizes and styles and it wasn’t picked over like I’m used to. The fitting rooms were also clean and not cluttered with clothes like I’m used to. The employees here were friendly and personable. I highly suggest this location to anybody shopping.”
“This store is neat. I was pleasantly surprised. From the parking lot it didn't look like much. But then I stepped inside to a well lit...huge...and fully stocked isles that were quite narrow. The one thing I have to complain about was that the carts are designed to stay in the store. With deliberately installed masts on top of the shopping carts that make it too difficult to get thru the exit door with far too many items purchased to carry by hand, out, to your car. Or to say the that last sentence I just wrote in just one breath.”

“This Ross is one of my favorite stores. Over all Ross carries lots of different merchandise from clothes for all sizes to bathroom accessories. They have a great supply of affordable, stylish rugs and even goodies for my pets.”

“JCP is classic department store. The staff and customer service people are great. They are very helpful and so nice. I know The Citadel isn't what it use to be. But Penny's hasn't seemed to change and that's meant to be a compliment. There are deals to find here. Much better shopping than Kohls.”
“Service, selection, value & customer service are the most important to me to continue shopping as frequently at the Big R in Fountain Colorado. I have shopped at this location for the last 10 plus years. I have not ever been disappointed with the service provided even on the most demanding of my days. All of the employees have gone above and beyond to meet my needs and requirements each and every time I shop which is weekly if not twice a week. I have gotten to be able to greet each employee by their first name. Not a single one has ever been unpleasant, rude, or dismissive of me. I find the selection to be better than most box stores. The prices are commensurate with other stores in this niche when it comes to feed, western wear or work clothing, hardware or sporting goods. The variety meets with my approval all year round. Even special orders are delivered within reasonable time frames and pricing. I just cannot say enough when it comes to the Big R store and its emlpoyees in Fountain Colorado. A five star shopping experience!”
