“I haven't been in one of these stores in over a decade. I came in here (@ New Center Point) looking for a specific item that the seller said is sold here and at a few other stores. I didn't find what I was looking for but I didn't leave empty handed either. The overall look was as organized as can be, staff were friendly, and the cashier gentleman was very nice and patient. Now that I'm a rewards member (signing up is free), I'll be stopping in again.”

“Literally cannot thank Christina (glasses and dark hair that does the parking lot order deliveries) enough. She is always smiling, courteous, and friendly no matter the time of day or temperature outside. Most others are curt and unfriendly when bringing orders out but I’ve never had a bad experience with Christina’s customer service. My daughter even loves seeing her ! We’ll be back to this Target just because of her!”
“WalMart rarely gets good reviews, but I have to give a shout out to an awesome employee, Matthew, in electronics. We left an item at home 10 hours away. Last Walmart on Razorback didn't have the item on the rack, and the employee didn't bother to check stock in the back. I made a frantic call to the nearest store and chatted with Matthew. He was able to locate the item - it was the last one in stock! He placed it on hold for us. When we arrived, he was pleasant and truly understanding of our situation. He saved my wedding day! “It's a very popular Walmart, parking can often be a little challenging, especially the handicap parking. But they seem to be keeping the shelves better stocked now, and the employees are generally friendly and helpful.”
