Both girls Melissa and Frances were lovely at making sure I was happy with my purchases and if I had any questions about anything they were there to help. Not only were they attentive, but also super sweet and friendly which just added to the great atmosphere in there. If a CEO or manager is reading this, PLEASE GIVE THESE GIRLS A RAISE. Heart breaking when my size isn't in but they always do their best to help out and make sure you love what you're getting. Today Haley ( my cashier was awesome and actually helped me secure another pair of Vans to rock!), and I believe she said her name was Janesa was also awesome! She helped me get a new pair of shoes for work and was super helpful and had amazing vibes. I'd like the opportunity to try them on and make a decision rather than order and wait several days, then wait even longer if something doesn't work. I envy guys who have options on demand. The younger customer service person did not know what we were talking about. However, we were able to find two shirts to our liking and showed her the pen insert. Now she will know!
