“I was in a few days ago and Chris was awesome! I have really high arches and Chris figured out I needed and 9 1/2 wide, which I never realized and I know it will make a huge difference. He also took the time to watch how I walked to see if I pronate. The whole staff has great training and they really understand how to help people with foot issues. Their prices seem middle of the road which is fair and I will shop with them instead of going to a discount place, and probably buying the wrong pair of shoes for myself, which I have done many times in the past. “I have been wearing the Road Runner socks (old model) for many years so wanted to get new pairs today. Their socks have been my ultimate favorite and wear them every day. As soon as I went in the store, Carson greeted and led me to the socks I was looking for. I liked the fact that he wasn't trying to sell me a pair of shoes or anything, which actually made me want to browse running shoes, and I ended up buying a new pair :) He gave me proper advices and suggestions so I could be confident in the purchase I was making. I then happened to mention about a discount price on other store sites, and he told me he would do a price match and gave me an awesome discount! He also re-enrolled me in the VIP family program with no charge. Anyone who's shopping at the Lone Tree location (store 304), you should look for Carson. “I had ordered a pair of boots online, and was having a hard time getting one of them done up- knowing they’re able to help in the store I brought them in to get some help.I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped but, but I wanted to thank her for everything she did to help. The boots I had purchased were for exchange only, and after trying the next size up in the boot I had originally bought, and realising they were too big, and that style of boot just wasn’t right for me, she helped me find a new pair I was totally happy with!It was really busy, and she was running around, but was so friendly, helpful and professional!”

“Tilly's is always a stop for us in any mall. They carry a wide variety of clothing for all ages, with a youthful 'leaning' for those of us that aren't quite as young, but still want some style. Prices are pretty good as well, considering there's usually a sale of some sort...and not just on women's clothing. Always check in the back for their clearance rack, because when they want stuff gone, they lower the prices substantially. Staff is usually quite young, but friendly with an grasp of their job, so interacting with them is easy. The only shortfall is they are often short staffed, so you can find yourself waiting a while for a change room or to check out.”

“Went into this Location to exchange some shoes I bought from out of town. Joni the manager was so helpful she didn’t have my size but said don’t worry I will call another store for you! She called a store and they had my size there just had to go pick them up at the Aurora store the manager there Danny helped me no questions asked ! Both these managers get a 10 Star if you had a ten star! Thanks so much to Joni and Danny for taking care of me. I definitely will be back to see Joni for my next pair of shoes”

“I love Windsor I really do they have been my go to dress shop for years but this store always closes early. I've gone multiple times around 5 on weekdays when they close at 8 and are already closed with the lights off. I was in a rush to get a last minute dress so I drove to the other one further south. They also never answer their phone. Service is good when in store and dresses are reasonably priced”
