“Due to mobility issues, I've recently gotten a tricycle to ride around with my dogs at the Cherry Creek Dog Off-Leash Area, aka, The Puppy Park! We have to fold up the trike and remove the handlebars to get it in the back of the RAV4. It's a bit of a pain, but totally worth it. One day, the trike started slipping out of first gear, forcing me to hold the lever with my thumb to keep it from slipping. Since Adventure Cycling had just put new brakes on my two-wheeler, I took the trike to them to see if they could figure out what was wrong. Erik immediately diagnosed the problem: we had apparently damaged the shifter in the process of moving the trike in and out of the car. I now have a better shifter with a lower profile - less likely to get damaged! Erik also fixed the annoying sound coming from the back wheel, adjusted the hand brake, and secured the cables so they won't get tangled so easily when removing and replacing the handlebars - all at an unbelievably low price! What excellent customer service! And Hazel the Dog is cute, too:)”

“I had been thinking about buying an E Bike for about a year and didn't really trust what people were saying on line. I decided to test ride some bikes and talk to the shop guys. I had road tested the RAD at one shop and then serendipitously walk into E Bike USA. These guys are some of the best salesmen I have encountered. They let me test ride any bike I wanted. I rode about five bikes and was explained the difference between mid-Drive and wheel drive. I rode the Dost and was convinced that this was the bike. It was about a grand more then the lesser bikes but what a difference it made! I didn't want to post immediately so I am now after 350 miles on my Dost. This bike has literally changed my life. I ride it almost everyday to places I would never go to before in Denver. I google parks, paths, rivers, lakes and figure well I have enough battery! Why not! The torque on this bike is Killer! You can go 25-30 miles an hour and hardly be pedaling. The range is outstanding . I am so happy with my purchase and the extra accessories that EBike USA threw in for free! If you are thinking about buying an E bike go to USA!!!”

“What a wonderful bike shop! I had just returned from another bike shop, where I was denied maintenance on my E-Bike because they "didn't want to be liable". I was bummed until I realize that Nice Bikes was a shorter distance away - and when I pulled up to the lot, the owner and his wife did not hesitate to diagnose my issues and resolve it for me. Turns out, the only work that needed to be done was to tighten a few bolts and to readjust my brake caliper. The owner did it in 10 minutes, then reassured me that his service would be at no charge.The service I experienced her was nothing short of fantastic, and for a small business like Nice Bikes, those personal interactions pay dividends when you're able to keep your repeat customers.It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. I will be sure to be back. If I could give your store 6/5 stars, I would.”
