Legacy Sprint Business customer for 20+ years. Upgraded the entire family to new phones and also upgraded the T-Mobile plan, and there were some challenges due to the carryover from Sprint. Customer Care (on the phone) couldn't seem to figure out how to get everything working correctly, so opted to work directly with the team at the Castle Rock store. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during multiple store visits and were able to get everything working smoothly. In today's business climate where customer service seems to take a back seat, it's refreshing to deal with people who honestly care and want to help their clients. Very pleasant experience overall and highly recommend!

Terrible customer service for a company that already has subpar coverage T-Mobile dosen't care about existing customers nor cares when they misinform their customers....just an opps and switch carriers is you feel like it.

Recently switched from AT&T. Katie was absolutely terrific and she made the transition super easy. Helped me add the free subscriptions for Netflix, AppleTV to my existing accounts. Added my free year AAA to my existing account also. Everyone is the store was extremely helpful. Positive experience!

Most employees here are very rude. Will not be going back here if i want to sign up in the future, but that will be very unlikely as many people that work at T mobile are very rude when you are switching to different carrier.

I went to log into my T-Mobile app this morning when an error message appeared saying my number wasn't linked to my account. So I came into the store for help and they didn't really help me they just told me to go call 611. So I did and they couldn't help and now I'm on Twitter and texting someone for like 2 hours now .... I have nothing resolved. So the store can't help, the phone operator cant help and now I'm just like playing phone tag with Twitter. Just super disappointed with the service in store so I guess the people in store are solely there to sell you things, they will tell you to call 611 Everytime you have a problem. This is the the 3rd or 4th time I've been turned away without even the lift of a tablet and told to call 611.

Had to go in for a new phone and Macaleb was the best! He was very kind, efficient, found the problem, and had a very good sense of humor. He got me and my dad new phones and made sure we were all squared away. 10/10!

Katie K is the best!! We transferred from Verizon to T Mobile 8 months ago. We were promised a $600 rebate from T Mobile for changing all our phones over, but they didn’t follow through! Katie K was FABULOUS and spent a lot of time pushing the service center to take care of us as promised! Really appreciated her dedication to taking care of the customer! Phone service is great too!
