I’m getting tired of the horrible service that T-Mobile stores have now, if you you’re not buying, they are helpless.

Terrible customer service for a company that already has subpar coverage T-Mobile dosen't care about existing customers nor cares when they misinform their customers....just an opps and switch carriers is you feel like it.
