“IDE like to start by saying WOW. Let me share my experience.

I’m an Alaska fisherman who hasn’t been home in 6 months. I couldn’t get a hair cut to look good for dinner for my girlfriend. So I chose jewelry. I didn’t have to much to spend on the gift so I gave Kay a shot. Man am I glad I did. I walked in and was greeted by a round lady named Bee who was on the phone, that did not stop her from letting me know she would be right with me. Figuring it was like every other jewelry store ide walk around for an hour and be forgotten about. OH BOY WAS I WRONG. Wishing 45 secondeds MRS.BEE came to find me. Not another customer that looked like they had more money to spend, but me. (Coming from a fisherman who looks like I’m broke that held no foot in the fight. I explained my situation and why I was there. Man I have never seen someone think so hard. Took me all around every peace of jewelry all around the store like I was a millionaire, yet never showing me anything outside my small budget of $500 for the occasion. She found me a beautiful pair of earrings, 14k just beautiful! I still couldn’t afford it. Mrs.Bee said hold on, somehow found me a discount and honestly got me them for half price. I was able to get the most little special gift for my girlfriend, really not hurting my pockets whatsoever ever, and 2 extra teddy bears which helps the children’s hospital for well under $500. If it weren’t for bee and there amazing team it would have been impossible for the scenario without feeling embarrassed. Little do they know I own a fleet of Alaska fishing boats. Surprise!
I am now waiting for my girlfriend to come see me and we are going same day, ONLY EVER to Kay, I’m gonna size her up and spend well over a captains summers pay check on a ring. “Google those numbers”

She was very knowledgeable as she walked us through the process of the piercing and after-care. “I met this lovely Swarovski friend in Castle Rock in Colorado while visiting my best friend. Immediately our connection happened when I shared with her about Cindy and AJ from my Vegas location. They are my persons and love them dearly. We spoke about the ring purchase and how I was disappointed the ring I purchased did not fit well and that I convinced my friend, Angelika to please drive to Castle Rock and exchange while I’m still in town. I had to be mindful that she’s very ill so driving over an hour is a difficult task for her. She agreed reluctantly. Once Dawn introduced herself she offered us assistance and showed us the many pieces of Swarovski’s that may interest us both. Her patience and gracious attention was what we needed. We must have tried on the same ring dozen of times before making a decision. But through it all she remained excellent and positive.
