“This is not a stand alone store in Southwest Plaza. It is actually a James Avery jewelry counter located inside Dillards on the 2nd floor. It took me a while to discover the location. But once I found it, the salesperson was very helpful and I was able to find the perfect gift. The salesperson informed me that the sales price included future cleaning of the item. It was a relaxing and enjoyable purchasing experience with no sales pressures.”
