“The engine failed on our 2023 Yukon AT4 with less than 8,000 miles. When we brought the vehicle in to GMC of Castle Rock, Mike, in the service department let us know right away that GM had identified the issue with their 6.2L V8 engine and would submit the claim to GM after running the diagnostics. Within twenty four hours GM approved the replacement engine and the team
at GMC Castle Rock had our new engine installed and back to us in a week. Even though we didn’t purchase our vehicle from this dealership, they provided us with a loaner vehicle. It’s easy to make promises of quality and customer service as a company, but you can really tell if that’s true when there is a problem and how they handle that problem. Mike and GMC stepped up and took care of us and we will continue to be loyal customers in turn!”

“Castlerock Ford Service & specifically, Gary, provided us the best auto service by a dealership that I have experienced in years. We made the mistake of taking our Ford F150 to another Ford
dealership in Littleton and it sat on the lot for two days without anyone ever attempting to resolve an issue. So we picked up truck and drove it to Castlerock Ford (CF). Gary had the truck in the shop for diagnosis same day, parts ordered and repair completed next day. You cannot ask for better service. Castlerock Ford is 40 miles roundtrip for me, so it is not convenient. However, I would rather travel the distance for better service versus absolutely deplorable service from another dealership less than a mile from my home. Thats how great Castlerock Ford is to my family. It’s worth the drive to have someone appreciate your business and have someone you trust working on your vehicle. “I stopped into AutoZone because I needed to change my air filter and was unsure if I also needed a new battery or not for my jeep. Dylan was very knowledgeable and helpful! He first checked my battery life for me, then offered to change my battery and on top of it, he didn’t over-charge me. I took my 2024 Toyota Tacoma in to repair deep scratches on my driver-side door. When I dropped off the vehicle, the woman at the front desk processed my claim and set the expectation early on that the completion date of the work is difficult to set as there are many factors outside of their control - namely the availability and shipping time of things from dealers and/or manufacturers.
That said, they were very communicative throughout the entire process. They originally quoted me 14 days but, as we were both pleasantly surprised, the part arrived sooner than expected.
The work was simply amazing! Completely restored like new without any clue or hint there was ever any damage.
I even took my vehicle back twice after the work was completed for two things (which they fixed completely and without hassle/hesitation):
1. My driver-side front window was raising and lowering slower after their work. Some paint dust got in the track which they cleaned and resolved the matters.
2. I brought the vehicle back, again, as I noticed an unbuffed spot on the vehicle in the area they worked on that a car wash or manually effort could not buff out. They buffed it out no problem.
I would highly recommend Crash Champions to take good care of you and your vehicle.”
