“The battery to my BMW died, i called Titan and they had me in the same day. After the diagnostic, I had to replace the battery and needed my annual oil change. I also asked for a full look over since I was planning on a long distance trip and figured I might as well get it looked over while there. They topped off my tires and replaced the battery to my fob, everything else was good and I just needed the 2 services. They fixed up my vehicle and they gave me peace of mind. Awesome customer service, the young gentleman who help me was very nice!Titan became my go to place for their service and prices, always felt the dealership service tried to upsell me on everything and over charged me on the services they provided. I had a hard to find brake pads that I needed for a horse trailer (E over H system), Miles took the time to look them up, cross reference them to a GM item, he matched them up to be sure its the exact part that I need, he order them, called me that afternoon when they arrived at the store. “I went to three different body shops to get a quote after someone backed into the front of my car. Wicked Collision not only gave me the most reasonable price without adding a bunch of things that didn’t really need to be replaced but when I went in to get the quote, they helped me temporarily fix the car so it wouldn’t rub on my tire and I could continue driving the car. When I took it in to get repaired, it only took a week and when I got it back, they had even detailed it! I would definitely recommend getting repairs done here!!!Services: Painting”
