Customer service in the service department does not meet much of a customer importance. Unfortunately they are more concerned on upselling rather than what is needed and they guard this with "policies" and "requirements".Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Do not use this service center!!! Customer service and communication is not a priority. What they couldn't get done in over a week with an appointment the Littleton location was able to do in two days.Service: Auto maintenance
