“This is BY FAR the best place I have ever lived while renting. I have rented from 8 properties in 10 years, so I've seen how a lot of management companies treat residents. The Villas at Prairie Center have been so wonderful during my 1.5 years living here. They do a great job up keeping the property and respond to maintenance request in a timely manner. Casey does a great job as the service manager. Isabel was the Assistant Manager when we first moved in - super happy for her to get promoted to Property Manager - she deserves it! Special shout out to the Trash Valet service staff - I have heard so many nightmare stories about trash valet being a disaster (leaving trash everywhere, breaking bags, leaving stains, etc) and the trash valet at this property runs pretty well without issue for the most part. Everyone who lives here is friendly. The actual units are pretty nice, a lot of times the apartments will look nice but the quality is low - not the case here at all. It is expensive to live here, but I do find that it's worth the price.”

“The management is outstanding, they are the kindest, most incredible people. It’s not the ritz. But it is a pretty dang nice place and the management and maintenance guys actually care about the residents and these days, that’s next to impossible to find. I’ve been here almost a year and have no plans on moving!”

“I love it here! Moved from a really bad apartment here in town and this place has been nothing but good vibes. Been here for 3 months I have not had any issues at all. Usually everyone keeps to themselves and for the most part is nice. The inside has been renovated and looks really nice.”

“Great game of pool going down in the club house. It's always nice to meet new people every time I come in. As a resident, the club house is great fun filled with neat things to do. Tonight is taco night!”
