“My stay at Lamberston Farm has been nothing but wonderful. The leasing ladies (especially Melissa) have been extremely helpful. The community is quite and clean. I love my attached garage which keeps my car protected during the winter. The maintenance team is awesome. My water stopped working due to frozen pipes and Caleb was at my doorstep within 5 minutes of our phone call. Amazing experience overall.”

“I've lived here since January 2019.The neighbors aren't always the best but management tries hard and it shows. We have cook outs in the summer n Santa comes in the winter and im sure other apartments arent doing that for the kids! Brianna n Sloan are always on top of paperwork n work orders! They even have events to help with other financial burdens anyone may have. Maintenance is always timely they don't fix things like my dad would but it gets done lol the new kid is amazing! Whenever I've had an issue it's always taken care of promptly weather it be maitance or management! As long as u pay ur rent and show integrity n respect for ur neighbors it's a good place to live! School district is close!”

“I have 1 year living here and I always have very good support and help from the people in the office as well as the maintenance, especially Andrea who works in the office. Always when I have issues and I need maintenance she is always very quick with it all as she is also very kind and always willing to help.. Josh and Isaiah are the maintenance workers who usually come and help and they always do amazing they are very kind. I love living here and I would definitely recommend.”

“Only been here about two or three months but management has been super helpful every time I've had a maintenance issue. It's always been resolved within the same day. The amenities are nice and it's usually really clean on the property. It's been quiet at night, but we're a 3rd floor corner unit opposite the parking lot.Only really negatives are that the pool and hot tub is usually busy and I wish there were more community grills, there's probably over 100 units here. Also, parking is sometimes a challenge but there are limited permit spots and garages available so that you can always have a guaranteed spot, which we chose to do and the garage is very nice!”

“I started the rental process pretty skeptical, due to prior experiences in the area. Marcus helped me to feel more secure in my decisions with open two way communication, and even helping me with my time crunch. The transition was fairly smooth afterwards. The reason for 4 stars is from my apartment being delayed so that it would be “move in ready”, yet when I arrived it was not.”
