“We have lived in the apartment complex for about 9 months, and we have had a present stay so far. We have had no issues with other residents. In fact, all residents have been so nice and welcoming. The pool can sometimes get a little murky, but the staff here have been quick to clean up the pool. The complex is very nice compared to other apartments in Brighton for similar pricing.”

“5 stars isn't enough! My family and I lived here in 2024, and it has been the best apartment/tiny home living experience we have ever had. The staff was always timely, personable, and professional. The community was filled with quiet honest people and the maintenance was always super quick with repairs and they were done right. I am very happy with my time and experience here and would highly recommend this community to anyone. Be sure to ask for Natasha - she's the best!”
