Everyone is so helpful and welcoming and always with a smile!! I'm a senior citizen and really appreciate the time and kindness the employees give me when I come in with an Amazon return. They are always so patient with me!

On Sunday June 2nd we went to the Gunbarrel store to return package to Amazon. We did not have a packaging return slip and we were not sure how to obtain one.
Astrid was more than kind, patient and helpful and we are so grateful for his kindness!

I didn’t get the names of the super helpful young gentleman who waited on me at this store earlier today, but they went above & beyond to help me package a heavy & unruly hose into a box for return! I am super grateful for the assistance & will definitely be back. Thanks, fellas!
