“We have gotten two artworks framed here and the final product was excellent. Their prices are pretty competitive and they will do whatever it takes to ensure that you are happy with the service. So 5 stars for customer service. I love working with Krystal in framing, she gives her two cents when requested, is confident and experienced (which is much needed if you don't have much knowledge on framing. Her work hours are limited from Monday to Friday (10am to 5:00pm) so you do need to work around your work schedule but it's time well spent. Your art work will always be ready for pick-up the day they say it will be available. Note: some of their more ornate frames might be even cheaper than the plain ones (it just depends on the vendor and the material quality). Also make sure you pay extra attention to detail when picking your art, things might be a bit unaligned/uncentered (there can be human error) and it's best to catch it and have them fix it. My one high definition art print looked scratched which they printed and framed 3 times. It turned out that the recommended paper was not a good choice for a metal frame. they were even willing to throw in an alternative wood frame for free. Thankfully the issue was resolved and Krystal found a way to frame it. In summary they will make sure you are happy which speaks heaps of the business and their ethics that "customer comes first".”

“It is hard to believe that I have never updated this review in a decade! I used to use this location a lot more than now. I have my own simple copier now and need fewer office supplies of the types that they carry. They have always been helpful for any needs I had. For many years, they were a very reasonable price for Ground Shipping services. They are still my first choice for reliability for super fast deliveries. Unfortunately, their Ground Service for residences, renamed "Home Delivery" is a bit more expensive than its main competitor, though even theirs has gone up too, though not quite as much.Where this shop really shines and always has, is its Passport Photo service. This time, not only was the staff member very accurate in getting the shot, he was really friendly and helpful on the constraints of the newest regulations. Also the price was very fair and the finished product better than any in the past, but for the limited smile allowed now, which is never my style. The counter staff was also incredibly friendly and everyone there was multi tasking the whole time. I hate to dock them a star for company pricing policy, but it is their reality too when they have to tell the customers. Parking in this now underutilized shopping center is easy, even with mountains of snow this year still piled up but far from the stores,”
