“Working with Brett has been an incredible experience. I have 1997 Mitsubishi import from Japan and no one wanted to work on it before even looking at it. Brett looked at it and within less than a week told me what the issue was. He also went above and beyond to get me the part numbers I would need to buy from Japan to fix the vehicle. The car runs perfectly now! Honestly, I highly recommend his shop for anything car related”

“This is the most honest, straightforward and fair shop I’ve ever taken my car to. Darren is so incredibly nice and helpful, and he saved me a ton of money. I’d already taken my Kia SUV to Boulder Valley Automotive for other small repairs because they’re great and their prices are really fair. This time I paid extra to have it towed to them because the engine failed while I was driving. Darren thought it seemed like a specific warranty issue Kia has acknowledged, and that there was a good chance Kia might cover the repair. He talked to the dealership and they agreed it sounded like that issue. I had the SUV towed to Kia.Kia told me I needed a bunch of different repairs, not that it was the warranty issue. I freaked out and talked to BVA again. Darren told me the repairs they were suggesting made no sense and called them again. It turned out the Kia dealership shop hadn’t listened at all to what BVA told them. When Kia looked for what Darren had told them to, they found it WAS the warranty issue. Kia is replacing the engine at no cost to me. From this I learned that dealership will happily try to sell people work their cars don’t need.I really appreciate BVA’s honesty and helpfulness. They aren’t condescending to me because I’m a woman, and I think they genuinely care about helping people.”

I've worked with Chris the few times I've had issues with my car and he's always gone above and beyond to resolve the problem and without breaking the bank. “They are the best. I struggled with an intermittent electrical issue with my Traverse and was in and out of the dealer shop several times with $1000's spent and a vehicle that still wouldn't start every two weeks or so.
I explained my problem to Greg and that my wife was going to make me buy a new car if it couldn't get fixed. I left my vehicle and they reproduced the issue and fixed it. It's been 8 months with no further electrical issues.”

“Best tire swap experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been to almost every tire place in Boulder. The staff was very friendly and well organized. I made a morning appointment and was in and out in about an hour. At all other shops I’ve been to, tire swaps have taken way longer than I was quoted (with an appointment) and lasted far over 3 hours. Boulder Tire has by far the best service and price in town.”

“I love the Boulder Grease Monkey! I've been using them for oil changes since 2019 and I will never go anywhere else. They are lovely people, good at their job, and so attentive. The last time I went in, someone came to the parking lot as I was getting out to take my keys as I went to check in. I walked in the door and the man at the register had already pulled up my account by my license plate. They can get a bit busy sometimes but the customer service is well wait the 30/45 minute wait.”
