“Great staff and they've never not had batteries in stock that I've needed. They also take in old batteries and will come out to your vehicle to get them if necessary.There's also a decent selection of odds and ends in the lobby. Things like phone lines, flashlights and other accessories.Parking can be tough at certain times of day but that's the way it is on that end of town.This is where I get all my batteries for cars, trucks, boats, etc.”

When I needed my vehicle prior to the projected completion date, they went out of their way to make sure I had it, so I didn't have to extend my rental car. “Fort Collins 4x4 came highly recommended to us when we had an issue with our Toyota Sienna. The team there was super personable and demonstrated their technical expertise right off the bat. We had previous taken the van into another local shop and they weren’t able to identify the root cause of the shaking in the steering wheel at high speeds, and ultimately didn’t fix the issue. The team at Fort Collins 4x4 quickly narrowed down the likely cause to be a bent wheel, and after further testing confirmed that to be the root cause. They offered multiple options to fix with either an OEM wheel, or aftermarket option and were able to get everything fixed quickly and with excellence.
We found it difficult to find a trustworthy, highly proficient, and fair-priced mechanic and Fort Collins 4x4 has definitely earned our future business.

My mechanic (Poudre Auto Repair) recommended Specialty Auto Body to me.While it took 5 months to get the parts to Fort Collins (including an extra 6 weeks due to the grill coming in damaged). The repairs by Specialty Auto Body were done quickly and professionally. My insurance company wanted me to use a different body shop that did not use OEM parts. This is the 4th leased vehicle over the last 6 years from Audi Fort Collins and we have never been disappointed by the selection, the sales support both pre and post, and the pricing. “Where to even begin!? I’m so grateful for Tylor and the Advanced Auto Parts crew! I purchased a battery from them a year ago, yesterday evening my battery indicator popped up on my dash board, thinking it was maybe an issue with the relatively new battery I brought it in to be tested. Turns out my alternator was on its way out. Tylor went above and beyond to help me- not only with the part but also with educating me and connecting me with a fantastic mechanic! With Tylor’s help and guidance I purchased my new alternator, went to pick it up at one of the Advanced Auto Loveland locations, and as I was leaving to drive back to the mechanic in Fort Collins, my car shut down in the middle of the road. I’ve never had that happen before, let alone at 8:00 in the evening with the wind and cold in full force, my 8 year old with me, and my phone on 7%, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do.The Honest Mobile Mechanic of Northern Colorado came to save the day! Tylor connected me with Mr. Baldo Guardado and he was able to get the alternators swapped and was a wealth of knowledge on all things cars, and the specifics of my own car.Tylor is the type of person and employee you pray you encounter when coming in with a problem and questions. I am forever grateful for him, his time, knowledge, and connections.I’m also forever grateful to the solid crew at this Fort Collins location.
