“Where to even begin!? I’m so grateful for Tylor and the Advanced Auto Parts crew! I purchased a battery from them a year ago, yesterday evening my battery indicator popped up on my dash board, thinking it was maybe an issue with the relatively new battery I brought it in to be tested. Turns out my alternator was on its way out. Tylor went above and beyond to help me- not only with the part but also with educating me and connecting me with a fantastic mechanic! With Tylor’s help and guidance I purchased my new alternator, went to pick it up at one of the Advanced Auto Loveland locations, and as I was leaving to drive back to the mechanic in Fort Collins, my car shut down in the middle of the road. I’ve never had that happen before, let alone at 8:00 in the evening with the wind and cold in full force, my 8 year old with me, and my phone on 7%, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do.The Honest Mobile Mechanic of Northern Colorado came to save the day! Tylor connected me with Mr. Baldo Guardado and he was able to get the alternators swapped and was a wealth of knowledge on all things cars, and the specifics of my own car.Tylor is the type of person and employee you pray you encounter when coming in with a problem and questions. I am forever grateful for him, his time, knowledge, and connections.I’m also forever grateful to the solid crew at this Fort Collins location. My mechanic (Poudre Auto Repair) recommended Specialty Auto Body to me.While it took 5 months to get the parts to Fort Collins (including an extra 6 weeks due to the grill coming in damaged). The repairs by Specialty Auto Body were done quickly and professionally. My insurance company wanted me to use a different body shop that did not use OEM parts.
