I will always be a patron now - this kind of exceptional customer service is to be treasured!!”

“The Island has been a big part of our lives for over a decade now. The staff and bartenders are amazing, the food is great, and VOTR runs great tournaments throughout the year.Especially love the annual Volley for Charity tournament. It’s an incredible event for a great cause!”

“Awww that Dani is a wonderful Event Sales Director. She came out in a cute long blazer with shorts and cute top with heels. Dani looked like a fashion model. She greeted us very warmly. She showed us around Blackstone Country Club and made me want to move to Colorado! It is simply beautiful. There was a room set up for a High School Banquet that I loved. The grounds were beautiful even with a little snow. Dani offered my daughter and I a nice cold glass of water with a lemon as she explained all options for their Country Club with pictures and menu. It was a very enlightening experience. Ten stars.”

“Great Experience! We decided to go bowling last night and made reservations. When we showed up, the staff were amazingly nice, super helpful, and accommodating. We had to modify our reservations because 2 bowlers couldn't make it. So, they gave us vouchers for a return visit. Our lane was set up with our name showing reserved. One of the staff members, that appeared to be the manager, came over and introduced himself and our server, who then immediately took our food and drink orders... all before we had time to switch shoes.The server, Chris, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was fun too. It was full, but we didn't feel crowded. They did a great job of spacing each group with lane assignments. The environment, including bathrooms, were clean. And the arcade had a great mix of games... that all worked!As we were done bowling and shifting to the arcade, our server brought over a parting gift that included our vouchers and a teddy bear! (So sweet!) Then, while playing games, he came over with giant cookies, COMPLIMENTARY! They were still warm from the oven, and he brought a to-go container in case we wanted to take them with us. All-in-all, this was a great experience and fun night! Looking forward to our next visit!”

“Good place to hang out, lots of TV's, nice drink specials. Food though has really slipped over the course of several years. Grease soaked sandwiches, burritos without the cheese melted and with canned beans, chicken fingers...yes they are huge but has anyone tried them (not good at all). Sliders used to be amazing, along with wings, but no longer. The hamburgers and French fries are quite good. Who's wonderful idea was it to bring plastic dishware in? Kinda cheapens the place. Ditch'em and get real plates again. Need someone to take some initiative and pride in the kitchen. Giving a generous 4 because the staff makes up for the shortfalls of the kitchen (sorta).”

“The place is what you would expect from a Gaylord. Very adequate facilities. The food at the Convention Center is very good and plentiful. The coffee break service was very small for the number of attendees and at the wrong time [when leaving the conference it had already run out due to those who were out early]. Coffee not recommended. Regarding the facilities, take into account that even if you go to the convention center, the Uber and taxi service requires walking inside, several hallways, then the lobby and then a final hallway that takes you to the place.”

“Comfortable beds, friendly front desk. Very much recommended after an 11 hour delay!Rooms: Clean rooms, every light was on when we entered but did not have an issue with 2 queens.”

“This place was very welcoming and inviting. We bowled a few rounds. But the highlight of my experience here was the food. OMG the garlic Parmesan wings there were fricken awesome. The balls are okay, I do like that the smaller weighted balls had holes big enough from my fingers to fit in. We went during the day but at night man oh man does it turn into a different experience because they shut the lights off and the night experience is enhanced with night lights that seems to make everything glow. Overall I had a great time and would not mind going again.”

“I don’t know what these people are talking about because I’ve personally dealt with the owner and he was always very professional and respectful. And the decorations were even better. The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with.”

“Great place for some breakfast after a long, frustrating round of golf.The staff is friendly and the cook makes everything with love.The portions are just enough and the price isn't too bad for what you receive in quality.Not necessarily a diverse menu but it's not needed for this establishment - just order something and enjoy!”

“Stayed a couple nights. The hotel and in-building facilities were nice. However, unfortunately, I parked in the main hotel parking lot and after checking out I found out my personal vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot. I understand the hotel staff can only do so much, but I will not be using this hotel again, and would advise others to consider this risk if you have your personal vehicle with you.Safety: Parking lot safety/security concerns.”

“Very Good Service. The hotel is within walking distance of food establishments such as 7/11, Applebees, and Outback Steakhouse. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The lobby has a bar and other entertainment, such as a pool table. The only reason I gave them a 4-star is they don't have complimentary breakfast, and the snacks and food that they sell are too expensive. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here”

“Rooms are beautiful. Close to airport which is why we chose it. But the staff: Evan, the nightime clerk was fabulous! Long story short, right when my wife and I checked in, I got sick. Passed out, threw up and began sweating profusely. Evan was on his "A" game calling 911 and getting a trash can for me. Over and above there Evan! Never forget you. So... basically the hotel is really nice, but Evan is Amazing ?”
