“Since coming to Venture X in Greenwood Village a couple months ago, I instantly felt welcomed my the team and other members. Jane, Haley, and Andrew are amazing in creating a comfortable and welcoming work environment. They are willing to help with whatever is needed and go above and beyond what is required of them. I enjoy the opportunities they provide with a weekly happy hour to connect with them and members of the community.They have conference rooms and additional work spaces we are able to use if we need them, which has certainly been useful. The office and community spaces are modern and clean. The building is also first rate with on-site security, parking garage, gym, and close to light rail. I would recommend Venture X to anyone looking for an office space at an affordable rate.”

“Once again, venue rental from Comedy Works South exceeded my expectations. This was my second time renting the Curtis Ballroom for a business-related event. The team was so prepared, and I especially loved their additional touches of signage (and there was even signage inside the elevator next to the 3rd floor button).Alec was excellent at helping us with all AV needs and was very attentive and accommodating.Tiffany was thorough and also accommodating when our team needed a separate space to “hide” our models prior to their segment.We got lots of compliments on the food and many people mentioned how nice the venue was.All in all, we had another excellent event and will definitely be utilizing them again in the future!”

“First off, the location is beautiful and so is the inside. Lots of different types of venues within the building so super customizable. I was there for a holiday party on 12/2/22 and was so impressed. I got to see each space they had and it was beautifully decorated. Great staff, very clean (including the bathrooms) and I would definitely go back to any event being held there or highly considerate for my own event in the future!”

“I visited to see Ghost back in August. All of the staff minus one security man who gave me trouble about one of my two tickets on my phone “not scanning” were lovely— the one who wasn’t, really WASNT. He told me to “calm down” and refused to tell me how to fix the situation, and customer service basically had to have a different security man give me my wrist band to get into pit because clearly I had purchased both tickets directly from AXS, not a resale, and they were both clearly legitimate.Everyone else was kind and an excellent vibe, particularly the security at barrier.”
