Orlando and Chad are extremely knowledgeable and friendly store keeps. I always get a new suggestion when I go in and they never disappoint. Just had a new humidor put in and gives a better selection. Good easy going atmosphere with sports or movies on along with witty chit chat. One of my favorite places.

Staff is actually so fucking rude lol I thought the reviews were just from insensitive persons or bad moments but this places staff is horrible! Lol usually go to Quality Pipes and Tobacco.. Same area way better service won't come back to smoker friendly again

Worst experience I've ever had at any smoke shop employee was rude and had an attitude. I don't know how people invest thousands of dollars in a business and let employees like that scare away customers. Don't work in customer service if you're gonna be sour faced and pissed.
