One of the girls there is so rude and has no business being in customer service, she sucks. Left the store because of her and went to another metro pcs who were more customer service oriented. This location sucks.

There was a huge misunderstanding when I first went in. The employees weren't professional and I only got real help when the manager got there but I must say Abigail tried her hardest to help me with my issue. They should probably have 3 employees per shift.
