“As my son and his friends were traveling through Aurora, he had an accident with an animal and needed help. I found Wayne’s office as a closest office from the scene and I immediately contacted his office for help. It was 4:50 pm and I spoke to one of his office reps and she helped set up a towing immediately. She was AWESOME! I wished I remember her name…. Wayne also got on the call and advised towing will take over an hour and invited my son and his friends to come to his office and to stay warm until tow truck get to the scene. The office closes at 5 pm and Wayne stayed with my kid until 6:30 pm until the tow truck arrived. Who does that these days? Thank you Wayne and whoever that lady was in your office that I spoke to…. You definitely showed what a “good neighbor” service was that day! Too bad my son was traveling through the state or I would definitely have him choose you as his agent!”
