“We recently had our basement flood due to all the rain , it's was caused by a busted drain line running under our homes foundation why it was done like this I'll never know not up to code. It was a disappointment being told Allstate doesn't cover this . But they did cover the cost for the water mitigation, and clean up and are reimbursing us for damages to floor and personal property which is a good thing. They are always upfront and honest when talking to them. Totally understand there reasoning behind the claim on busted pipe. I'm glad I have them for my insurance companyThank youDoug”

“It has been a pleasure working with this office. I had Allstate and they bumped my policy from 120/month up to 240 with no communication. This was on a 2006 Honda CRV which was only worth about 4k and by the time I switched over I must have paid the cost of the car. Billy got me from 240 down to 50 bucks a month with a policy that offered better coverage. They are very communicative and helpful and they are on top of what I need same day. I bought a new car and texted for a new policy. Connie held my hand through the process and had my policy switched over within minutes. On a 2020 my policy was still 140$ less than I was paying on my cheap CRV through Allstate. I can’t say enough good things about this agency.”
