“I purchased a mattress set and frame. The furniture manager at this location his name is Nathan. Was outstanding. It was getting close to closing. He was running around between helping me and an other couple wanting to purchase furniture. This particular night the alarm from the front door kept beeping. When at the register. There was an older lady and a younger black girl to ring us up. What bothered me was that this younger girl, kept cursing and speaking really bad about Nathan to the older lady. Very unprofessional. Nathan was Great. There is also a cashier there named Donavan. Always smiling and helpful. I wish I knew the girls name.”
“Kohls has much to recommend it right now. You can get a very cute stuffed animal for $5 and the customer service is efficient. A young associate jumped over to the counter to help me, so I wouldn't have to stand in line for the other associate cashier. She was fast at checking out, and I appreciated her easy, confident manner. Kohls is still a pleasant place to shop, and customer care is responsive and quick.”
“If Big Lots is in business in 2026 I’ll be surprised. The prices are good, they carry a lot of items akin to a mix of Walgreens, Walmart, Five Below and Dollar(25)Tree with furniture! Honestly, the furniture is probably the best deal overall and I’m guessing the best margin too. I like the place but I don’t have high hopes for the chain long term.”
“When I couldn't find a grocery item, the employee helping me really went above and beyond in finding it for me -- as a matter of fact, as I was walking towards checkout w/o it, she came running up behind me with the product in her hand saying she found it ! She even told me where to find it next time I was in”

“Finally, the store is back with a lot of selections. Wonderful organization of every area, including bath and bedding. Great clothing and shoe selection, as well as bath, pet, cookware, men’s and children’s clothing and toys. The staff is friendly and professional. Checkout is quick, what a great place to shop!”
“Great deal. Was maternity clothes shopping for daughter and didn't realize most clothing stores no longer carry maternity clothes in store. Ridiculous as pregnant women still want to see how clothes fit before purchasing. Ross had a great selection at awesome prices.”
“I know this suppose to be a upscale version of let's say Ross . But they do have nice stuff just over priced . The realization is nobody wanted it at the main store. That's why it's here . If they could come down on price a little bit a lot just a little they would be ok . People who work there seem nice . Except for the ones who are scared of people but it's ok”

“I did a pick up for an on sale coat. The first associate in the prime section kindly directed me to the pick up desk. There was a small line but it moved very quickly. While waiting I decided to use the restroom which was located conveniently. The restroom (men's) was clean. The rest of the pickup went smoothly.”

“I haven't shopped here in a few years because of the selection but I came here a few months ago and, wow, I really like the selection of the Liz Claiborne clothing for work - professional and good quality and I like the athletic wear. The place has improved and is clean, looks sharp, and is organized. Each time I've shopped here I have received great customer service at the register ? I recommend here for professional & versatile clothing and so pretty.
The only thing is the other (young) customers who shop here can be a bit rough around the edges and disturb those who want to shop in peace.”

“Easy to find and easy to dock, nice people, fast unloading, TA and truck wash is about 3-4 miles away,! I would love to come here again and again, remember when you arrived here before turning in stay in the middle of two yellow line, center of the street, when you checked in then it is easy to enter the way you dock!”
