They have continued to monitor the past, present, and future maintenance required for our 2001 Odyssey (224000 miles; original engine with a rebuilt transmission). A very well built and enduring product. The most recent maintenance visit to Bending Wrenches was for time and distance on the

vehicle. Spark plugs needed to be replaced, and plug cylinders needed cleaning. Once again the team completed a thorough inspection of the vehicle. The Odyssey had an oil leak that has been difficult to find. The team at Bending Wrenches endured the mystery leak until they added a “dye” to the most recent oil change. He wouldn’t trust his BMWs with anyone else but Mike and his team of mechanics. They always keep him updated on the status of his repairs or services in a timely manner and never try to upsell unnecessary work.

Last year, after having some minor repairs done, my husband noticed a few scratches on his BMW that hadn’t been there before. He mentioned it to the front desk associate, who promptly informed Mike. Without hesitation, Mike provided the address of a nearby body shop and assured my husband that he would cover all costs. “I had a great experience! This family-owned local shop should be your go-to for tire needs. It’s a first-come first-served type shop which is excellent because I was able to get my new tires mounted and balanced in less than 45 minutes. That’s with two people in front of me, too! Meaning they work quickly and efficiently. There were no scratches or excess lube on my TRD wheels. It’s very fairly priced (hint hint: cheaper than corporate places like Costco and Walmart AND this shop won’t screw your wheels up like what happened to me a while ago…) and as a college student this is super important to me. The install didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped due to no fault on DTs part, but rather to an absent-minded tow truck driver.
My car was blocked in by said tow truck pushing my scheduled install time out. I was not pleased. I made my displeasure known. Rather than brush it off as just one bad customer experience, Mark, the store manager, turned it around for me, proving that Discount Tire understands the loyalty of a lifelong customer and the art of creating a positive customer service experience.
Yes, things may not go smoothly, so be prepared for that. In turn, you can rest assured that Mark and his team will do everything in their power to make sure you're happy when you drive off.
Shout-out to Jeremy who along with two other guys worked very quickly to make up for lost time during the install. Despite my scowl and insistent hovering, he was nothing but pleasant. He truly has a heart of gold.

“After being lied to for about 5 hours at Big-O I brought my Jeep to Les Schwab. Should have come here first. Very nice and had me taken care of in about half an hour. Highly recommend.”

“After discovering I had a screw in my tire, I tried several places to get it fixed. Each said the wait time was going to be over an hour, and I couldn’t wait that long, so I figured I’d try one last place, Peerless Tires.

Enter Phil Derosa, the manager. As I pulled up, he walked outside to greet me, and discern the issue. I told him, and he immediately had me pull around the back. Maybe 2 minutes after that, my pickup was in the air, the tire was off, and it was taken inside. I would say start to finish, the project took maybe 7 minutes total. Thank you Phil!!! My next set of tires will definitely come from Peerless!

“I frequent this place quite often. It is conveniently located right off of the highway and easy to get to. It is also in the same parking lot as a lot of other popular stores, which is great because then you can get a lot of shopping done all at once. I love that they have their own gas station as well! As of yesterday, regular unleaded fuel was down to $2.39 a gallon. Most of the other places in the Arvada/Golden area are $2.79-$2.99 a gallon. When you walk inside, an attendant greets you and offers you a cart. Just like Costco, you show them your membership card before you can get in. They have a vision center, a tire center, a jewelry section, and a pharmacy. They have a large variety of offerings and I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for. Their prices are lower than Costco for the same items, which is really nice. The store is organized and clean as well. They do not have as many items as Costco, but I have always been satisfied with what they do offer. I also have a Costco card just because I do like the option of shopping at both places though. They make some really beautiful desserts at a great price and have lots of fresh pre-made meals you can just heat up for a convenient dinner. Sam's Club is turning into more of a self-checkout type of place which is disappointing. They always have more self-checkout lanes and maybe 1 or 2 cashier lanes open. Unless you grab an empty box along your shopping trip or bring your own large bags, all of your purchased items will go directly back in your cart. I do like how Costco at least will box your items up at checkout so you can easily put them in your vehicle. When I shop here it is never overly busy, which I like since it makes it quick to get in and out of there. Overall, I like shopping here and saving money by purchasing in bulk.”
