“Worked with Daniel and Angel. Their service level was great. However very time consuming. My purchases totaled almost $8000. I was required to make two separate purchase. One in mattress and the other in bedroom furniture. Both in same building. To complicate further I had one item going to a different address. Seems like one person should be able to handle it all. In addition we started with one gentleman for bedroom furniture. He handed us off for mattresses and when we were ready for him he was unavailable. Thank goodness Angel approached us to finalize the transaction. However we had to provide item numbers,, etc. Very tiring!!”

I went in to see more options and Yosef was a huge help, taking me through more options and helping me find what was missing in my comfort from the mattress I first purchased. He was also very patient and allowed me to try and get the next experience possible on the mattresses as well as figuring out which pillow I would like the best based on the mattress I was going with. Great experience and highly recommend working with Yosef and this team!”

“We recently had a couple of problems with our air bed that we have had for almost 14 years
although it was a little frustrating and inconvenient, I can't say enough good things about the service i got and how it was handled
Tommy and Mindy took care of us, and it was very clear to me they wanted to help us as much as possible. And they did!
in the end we got the repairs we needed and a new pump which as I said was 14-year-old ....so it was not really unexpected or unreasonable that it would fail after that amount of time.
the bed has been worth the money we paid for it and then some,
