Coaches who are friendly, experienced, and understand individual training needs. Wonderful community of athletes also. Been attending daily classes at CFA for over 10 years!! Love it!!

Excellent gym with great coaching, equipment, and programming. I regularly drop in here when in town for work and the owner, Kerry, always makes me feel welcome and part of the group. They follow NCFit programming which is excellent and have a great space and equipment. Would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
