“Sent my wife to American tires today after another tire shop told my wife she needed 2 tires after she got a leak in one. The other shop told her that the back tires should be replaced because they were old and cracked. At American tire she spoke with a young man named James. He was wonderful to her. Honest when he didn’t have to be. I will shop here the next time I need a tire and would 100% recommend to a friend. 5 stars for the shop 10 stars for James !”

“A friend of mine from another local business recommended this shop. I have a really hard time taking my vehicle anywhere because of past experiences.I stopped in to see how much a diagnostic would cost for a noise that My vehicle was making. They said 125 and that was cheaper than anywhere I had checked by a $100. Alright I like a deal. I went ahead and went with them. The morning I dropped it off I went ahead and checked about some transmission fluid services. I knew the vehicle needed to be done. He definitely knew what he was talking about. Anything that he thought was questionable he checked the computer system and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and didn't need to be done. He definitely didn't try to suggest anything that was gonna cost me more money that wasn't necessary. The diagnostic process included taking the part out that was defective to check it. He called me to let me know what was going on and how much the part was. He told me labor fees weren't necessary because they had already had the part out. Another something he could have charged me for but did. It really just comes down to honesty and integrity.I really appreciate all of the help. l'm very thankful for you answering all of my questions. I've never had a car past a 120000 miles so there's a lot of maintenance that I've never had to do. Thank you for being very informative and letting me know what did need done, didn't need done, and what should be checked”

“Never took any of my vehicles into shops as were pretty mechanically incline in my family. However got stumped on a newer truck with a handful of issues, took to a couple other local shops and both said they have no clue, also had an AC issue, neither of the previous shops even did as much as dye the system to see if they leak they just said it could be X part and then gave me ridiculous price to maybe fix the problem. Called GM specialist finally and was on the phone w randy and made no promises like these other guys but me feel super comfortable from the get go over the phone. Brought truck into the shop, he was very attentive as to what the situation was, took notes of everything and let me know I’m in good hands. 3 working days later got my truck back with 0 issues, ended up spending more than i was planning to or liked (came down to price of new parts not them price gouging) but still walked away happy with great customer service, and am glad I gave them the business. “We just took our 2013 Ford Explorer Limited 4X4 to this shop after shopping tires at almost every location in Yuba City and Live Oak Ca. The customer service was outstanding and the service provided was excellent. We had an alignment, brand new 4 tires, and the brakes done for under 750$. The whole process took an hour and a half from the time we arrived there. The prices is unbeatable at any location including Walmart. I will be taking my other cars to this location in the next few days. We had the best experience at this location!”

“This is an update. I had bought some very nice tires from Les Schwab last week. Today I bought in my truck for front brakes. The estimate was 690 dollars. When the job was completed I was presented a new price of 380 dollars!!! Seems like there was no need to replace the rotors. I'm totally impressed with the honesty of Les Schwab. I'm also impressed with the employees. Friendly, professional and honest.”

“I've been coming here for years for my tire problems. It was just the other day someone stabbed one of my tires in the winco parking lot while i was shopping with my son. Tires 4 Less unfortunately didn't have the tire that I needed for my car on hand. It HAD to match the other 3 tires. I called around and found it at a retailer. But I hit another road block when the Retailer informed me that they could not put it on my car nor fix my flat. Tires 4 Less saw my frustration and Instead of sending me on my way or forcing me to buy with them, they said that they would put the retailers tire on for me no problem. THAT'S how you keep a Customer coming back! I'm grateful they did that and will always come back because of it.”
