I used to think chain stores like this had quality helpers. Now it's as if they have no clue what you ask them. I had to search for my own because I was told by 4 different employees where an item was at and not one of them was right.

I've shopped so much, I have become friends with some of their great, awesome staff. The manager went out of her way to resolve a grievance and their clerks- 2 out of 3, are knowledgeable and helpful.

The paint from here is pretty good and it's pretty easy to find what you need. I love the plant area.

DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM HERE. bottom line up front. I finally saved up enough money for a fridge. Went in and let my wife pick out her favorite. We were told at register it was not in stock at their location but it would take 2 weeks to ship to our house. 2 weeks go by and then they send email saying delayed by 3 weeks. Frustrated, but happy, 5 weeks later it arrives. 3 hours after them installing it and plugging it in, it stops working and displays error code. I call. They say they’ll send someone next day. Next day comes and I get a text saying they have no technician available, soonest available will be 3 weeks!! I call Home Depot, they say they’ll call and put a rush on it. Never heard back. 3 weeks later, today, technician comes and says a part is broken and it will be three weeks until part can come!! I go to homedepot and am told that there’s nothing they can do for me. If you buy a fridge from these people this may be your story. Give Home Depot your money then wait 4 months and you might have a working fridge. I have been very patient, but I’m tired of feeding a family of 6 out a ice chest. I’m tired of buying bottled waters and bags of ice. Homedepot will not help you if the merchandise sold in their store doesn’t work.

I love Home Depot. My only complaint would be that 9 out of 10 employees can't answer technical questions or give sound advice about products. I don't think this is Home Depot's fault. I think rather, that most of the kids and many of the adults have probably never touched any type of hand tool let alone know how to use one.

I frequently shop at home depot , I really have had great welcoming entering the door. Smiling faces and I had the pleasure of meeting Gail at customer service and she is extremely knowledgeable and really knows her job! I always go through her line. Shout out to Gail for going above and beyond her job. Makes my day easy for work.

I love this store and the store manager they have but they have abused their power for far to long to take advantage of people and their vendors because their home depot. Try telling a customer no some time. You are the reasons "Karen's" exist and women know how to get the job done to get promoted over a more deserving candidate. Tell women it's ok to say no to upper management and you wouldn't be in trouble like you are now!! I'd sell my stock if you don't get my message. Your arrogance will be your downfall because I'm putting my political aspirations on hold for one year. Game on!!

Ordered a direct vent gas heater that came in damaged, they would only lower the price 100 on a 500 unit. I decided to reorder, second unit came in damaged, as I have no choice but to take it in the behind because of the weather changing I’ll be taking my future business to Lowe’s

I needed a shed and I measured at the side of my house, I have 6 feet of gravel and 3 feet of concrete, the woman said I could only get a 4 foot wide shed as they have to assemble it on site. So, I ordered one and when the guys were almost finished they said why didn't you get a 6 foot wide because we build them and then push them back, I am not happy and every time I think about it I am upset again.
