I used to think chain stores like this had quality helpers. Now it's as if they have no clue what you ask them. I had to search for my own because I was told by 4 different employees where an item was at and not one of them was right.

I've shopped so much, I have become friends with some of their great, awesome staff. The manager went out of her way to resolve a grievance and their clerks- 2 out of 3, are knowledgeable and helpful.

I frequently shop at home depot , I really have had great welcoming entering the door. Smiling faces and I had the pleasure of meeting Gail at customer service and she is extremely knowledgeable and really knows her job! I always go through her line.
