“Very fast and efficient service..I didn't think I had a problem with my F-250 4x4 but just to be sure, I had Redline check and make any adjustments that may have been needed. He excepted explained everything what was done on car and services that he recommended but not to try to sell us anything. That was great. We will continue to take out car back to GM Specialist for service.”

It wasn't seriously damaged, but Rocky at Miracle, explained that a sensor in the bumper could be damaged, the one that beeps when someone walks behind. I had been undecided between taking a check from the insurance company or getting it repaired. I went with the repair and I am glad I did. The car looks just beautiful and it is safer as well. “Sean is quite good at what he does. This shop is kind of messy which is why the 4 star rating, no AC in office for customers that have to wait so be prepared to deal with the heat. This is a father and son run shop too, dad is good with customer service, son is still young and a bit naive but he will come around with age. This shop is headed in the right direction. My 2022 Ford F-250 XLT was in need of a brake job and spark plug change and they did it with no fuss, only took a couple hours for each job. Overall, highly recommend if you want quality work done on your vehicle.”

“Have a VW Jetta 2011 with major electrical problems and the check engine lights were coming on. We found this place on line and started dealing with a very professional and knowledgeable mechanic named Juan. After diagnosing the car he gave us an estimation. A few days later he called us back and said he saved us an additional 400$. This was one of the most honest auto mechanics we have ever dealt with. Will take my vehicle there for all its needs! Very dependable and reliable!”
“Our car broke down in Yuba City while heading north on vacation. It happened late Friday afternoon. Two mechanics we visited turned us down as they were closing soon. After calling friends in Chico for advice we tried the master mechanic. The receptionist told us to come on over and they would see about helping us out.
The problem was quickly diagnosed. It turned out we needed parts and nobody locally delivered on Saturday. Steve called Sacramento to source parts on the weekend. He put together a plan and spent the first half of his day off getting us on the road. The car was ready at noon and our vacation was saved!
These are good people. I also chatted with another customer that has had all his German cars maintained at the Master Mechanics over many years. He raved about the quality of work.
The shop even checked in with us a few days later to ensure everything was running well. It certainly was!
Honest, quick, accurate and very accommodating. Also very reasonably priced. We cannot recommended The Master Mechanic enough. For any repair and certainly for European car issues go see the Master Mechanic!
