“I showed up early on a Monday morning with a 68rfe in the back of my truck. Talked to Troy at the front desk who was very helpful and said he would have his expert look at it as soon as he could (I myself have worked in and been around the automotive industry long enough to know that usually means 3-5 business days. That was not the case here). He called me 2 hours later with a few questions and had an answer to my problem by noon the very same day.I know that's it is not liked when customers watch or help with builds but I had to know what I did wrong...Tom ,the transmission master, was more than willing to answer my questions and explain to me what I did and why what I did was not going to work. Big thanks to those guys for putting up with my eager mind and answering all my questions!Very knowledgeable crew with a very fast turnaround. “I have had my not so new Ford Focus st worked on and smog checked at Brian Palmer's auto shop also my F250 diesel 4x4. The crew is knowledgeable and honest. Both my vehicles are old but low mileage. They are on top of the latest requirements and my specific situation. I trust them 100%; and that is a rare quality in Mechanics.I have noticed that Brian has a relationship with his customers, other mechanics are more adversarial programed just to drain money from your wallet. Not Brian. He is direct but not pushy. I would recommend that crew to my closest friend without any hesitation.He does full service brakes, exhaust, over haul, suspension etc.If you own a car you should be in the market for a crew like Brian's.”

“I needed a new mechanic and heard good things about Frankenstein Motors. They did not disappoint! From start to finish, they were friendly, helpful, and fun! I told them my circumstances and the parameters I was looking for, and they gave me recommendations that fit those parameters perfectly. They picked up my car from my house and dropped it off when it was finished and sent me a link to pay online, very convenient. The owner is extremely personable and fun to talk to, brought up the engine part on a big screen monitor and explained to me exactly what was going on. “I am absolutely grateful to have found Belli's Automotive and equally as grateful to have met Lona and Bob. I needed to obtain a lamp certificate as well as a brake certificate in order to attempt to salvage a vehicle that was involved in an accident. in 2017 a driver hit my vehicle and fled the scene. Without uninsured motorist coverage, I have been picking away at repairs for the last 6 years to make up for the damage that was done. On July 16th of 2023, amazingly, another driver hit me in the exact spot, though not as severe. The world works in mysterious ways my friends..... The process with Belli Auto was professional, but was also coupled with a personal helpful touch. I was given the opportunity to make sure my license plate lights worked and I was also given a general overview of what would be looked at just in case I wanted to think it over before proceeding. After a couple hours, I returned and was advised that I passed my brake inspection, but that my headlight covers were extremely oxidized and yellow. I was given an opportunity to go get them cleaned by buying a kit at AutoZone without being charged for a reinspection. After doing so, I returned and asked them to perform a smog check to which they readily agreed. The entire experience was fantastic and I could not be any more happier. I may end up being able to keep my car after all. Accidents are no fun, they are just downright stressful and cumbersome. I honestly almost had a panic attack going through all this, and yet its still ongoing....If you ever need an inspection, or an honest opinion about your vehicle, do not hesitate to schedule an appointment. I am so glad that I did. 5 stars here.”

“I reached out to Brians shop because of all the good things I've heard from friends and neighbors. This is your typical "mom-n-pop" shop you'd be thinking about to both help support and get quality work done on your car. But it's even better, it's a father n son shop with tremendous customer attentive service. I had a small leak somewhere in the front end of my 2011 Tacoma and needed it looked at. Brian gave me his honest assessment, and broke down the different ways to go about fixing the issue with different costs depending on what route I chose. I ended up getting a few steering components replaced as well as suspension parts. It's been a few months now and the problem has been fixed and I swear I have a new truck by the way it feels! The whole process was super clear and concise with Brian communicating with me the whole time to assure I understood everything and all of my options. Without question, I'll be returning to this wonderful shop for any future service or upgrades I may want done. Thank you Brian Sr. and Brian Jr.”

“Had a flat tire today. Brought my car in with the spare tire. The vehicle maintenance employee couldn't patch my tire. Thankfully the tires on my car I bought from Walmart and with it, the $10 road hazard warranty. Dodged the $130 new tire cost and ended up paying only a $10 for a new road hazard warranty on the new tire replacement.”
